ROCQERX UK FAQ | Shipping, Returns & Orders Help

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the UK.

Delivery times vary depending on your location within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email.
Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 working days (Free)
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 working days (£5)

Items can be returned within the return period provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact our support team before sending a return.
Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery. A £4.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund is made to your original payment method.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
